The Honig Rutherford Reserve Sauvignon Blanc 2015 is an incredible combination of crisp flavor and rich texture. You will love the refreshing aromas and flavors that you would expect in a Sauvignon Blanc, but a bit of oak aging (and artful production) brings out a luxurious texture that is a delightful surprise. The nose and mouth show notes of peach, white peach blossom, red grapefruit, and vanilla. The palate is rounded and elegant, with a hint of toasty oak. The finish is lingering and crisp, with a kiss of key lime pie.
