The Quivira Fig Leaf Sauvignon Blanc 2014 is a classically grassy and citrusy white wine from a truly unique terroir. The wine is made from grapes grown at the confluence of Dry Creek and Wine Creek, where the gravelly soils are home to a fig tree that is believed to be 135 years old. The farm uses all organic and Biodynamic practices, which means that the resulting wines are as close to the earth as possible. Enjoy bright flavors of lime and freshly cut grass, with notes of pineapple, lemon, lime, and an undercurrent of wet stone.
