The Pacific Rim Riesling 2014 is refreshing white wine with balanced sweetness and an aromatic bouquet. Grown in the Columbia Valley in Washington, these grapes were ripened on wind-blown loess and were harvested early. No oak is used in production for a pure, naturally bright flavor. The wine in the glass is the color of pale straw and smells of jasmine, pear, and apple. On taking a sip, expect apricot, jasmine, and a nicely balanced sweetness.
