"The fresh acidity inherent in each of our Rieslings creates a lovely, balanced, textured and softly-crisp wine. The Anam Cara Dry Riesling 2012 shows fresh and tangy citrus fruits on the finish. Immediately reminiscent of bright Granny Smith apples, ripe pears and cantaloupe melon abound on the palate. The wine shows aromas of Meyer lemon, lime and quince.

Suggested pairings with this versatile, ageable Riesling include fish and chips, fried calamari, tempura, razor clams, sushi and mild or spicy sausage."
