"The J. Christopher Lia's Vineyard Pinot Noir 2013 is a lovely red wine from one of our neighboring vineyards. Jay calls Lia's the "Abbey Ridge" of Chehalem Mountain because of its aromatic expressiveness and elegance on the palate. The soil here is volcanic, as it is in the Dundee Hills where Abbey Ridge is located, and the two vineyards are at similar elevations."
