The Williams Selyem Central Coast Pinot Noir 2014 is a luxurious red wine that brims with fruit and coffee shop flavors. Aromas of plum and hoisin sauce emerge on opening the bottle, and notes of black cherry, pomegranate, cocoa, and a touch of vanilla emerge with air. The palate is full of cherry and plum, with a chalky, minerally mid-palate. The finish is lush, with notes of coffee and cherry pit.

This red wine is best enjoyed from 2017-2022. The vintage is sourced from the Vista Verde Vineyard, south east of Hollister, California.
