The Angel Vine Columbia Valley Zinfandel 2011 was produced using Zinfandel grapes from three vineyards: Alder Ridge (Horse Heaven Hills), Avery (Columbia Valley), and StoneTree (Wahluke Slope). Petite Sirah from StoneTree Vineyard was blended into the vintage in order to provide balance. The grapes were harvested and sorted by hand. The wine was aged in a combination of previously used French and Hungarian oak barrels, which contributes to a delicate and balanced flavor in the wine.
