The Elouan Rosé 2015 is a beautiful pink wine that is full of red fruits and citrus. A lovely pale copper-pink in the glass, sweet aromas of ripe raspberry, strawberry, and a hint of citrus waft to the nose. This inviting aroma introduces a palate that is bright and lively. A nice acidity mingles with fruit flavors of red berries, dried apricot, and a streak of minerality. The mid-palate is surprisingly rich, with intriguing flavors of freeze-dried berries and clementine rind. The finish is long and refreshing.
