The Mission Hill Reserve Riesling 2014 is a lovely white wine that is produced in the off-dry style. Slightly sweet, this white wine is well-balanced with refreshing acidity. Fruit flavors of sweet apple, Meyer lemon, and orange marmalade abound. This Riesling would pair very well with spicy Asian cuisines.
The 2014 vintage was warm and dry, which produced excellent fruit in the Okanagan Valley. The grapes for the Reserve Riesling were sourced from the top 15% of fruit from Mission Hill’s estate Oliver, Mission Hill Road, and Naramata Ranch vineyards.
