"The Yalumba FDR1A Museum Release Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz 2008 is a deep, dark crimson red wine. Generous red jube fruits, cedar, currants, sweet espresso spices, dark chocolate and licorice comprise an alluring and exotic mix of aromatics. A full bodied yet elegant style of wine, it displays the classic Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon notes of red fruits, cedar and tobacco leaf, melded with the generous plum richness of Shiraz. Finishing with prominent long grainy tannins gives structure and support for further cellaring. Decant and serve alongside a selection of mixed premium cheeses, such as Gruyere, Manchego, Pecorino Romano."
