"A star bright straw colored wine, the Primarius Pinot Gris 2015 yields aromatics of gardenias, orange blossoms, Asian pear, and Meyer lemon which become readily more pronounced as it warms to room temperature. The entry is bright, juicy and full of white stone fruit flavors complemented by sweet lemon curd and a hint of pineapple. The pronounced acidity balances the somewhat tropical sweetness to deliver a lengthy and elegant palate that gives the sensory perception of being quite dry. This wine pairs marvelously with a diverse selection of foods but also performs beautifully on its own as an aperitif."
