Prosecco Mint Julep

Ingredients
- 1 bottle Prosecco, well chilled
- 4 ounces Bourbon
- 4 sprigs fresh mint, leaves picked off the stems
- Ice
- Sugar, if desired

In julep cups, place 4 to 5 mint leaves. Pour over 1 ounce of bourbon. If you'd prefer a sweeter drink, add 1/2 teaspoon sugar at this time.

Muddle the mint and bourbon in the bottom of the cup to release the flavors.

Fill cup with ice and top with Prosecco, about 3-4 ounces. Enjoy!
