The Williams Selyem Heintz Vineyard Chardonnay 2014 is a lovely representation of its terroir. The warm days and cool nights of the Heintz Vineyard allowed the fruit to develop ripe, tropical fruit flavors that come through in this wine vintage. The wine shows notes of dusty quartz on the nose and the palate.  It is well-balanced and has nice acidity. Flavors of Comice pear, lemon curd, and apple pie spices round out this wine with freshness and warmth. Enjoy this white wine with various types of seafood or pasta in a cream sauce.
