The Puzzle debuted nearly 20 years ago as a high end red wine from Newton Vineyards. The blend of grapes varies from year to year, but is often a high percentage Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine is always a rich, beautifully crafted red wine. The 2013 vintage is a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon blend with intense, rich, and expressive fruit flavors. Cedar, vanilla, anise, and cassis aromas introduce a structured palate of blueberry and mulberry flavors. Expect a long finish and fine, velvety tannins.
