"Cousino-Macul Isidora Rose 2015 is a fresh and flavorful rose wine. Bright pink with red rims, this Rose has high intensity aromas, where it‘s possible to perceive raspberry, strawberry, white peach, and some floral and mineral notes. In the mouth it is soft and fresh with pink grapefruit, red berry notes and a fresh, balanced acidity. This wine is outstanding because of its versatility when served. We recommend it as a chilled aperitif (8-10°C / 46-50°F) by itself or with salmon or beef carpaccio with lemon dressing, seafood salads, and spicy food such as Mexican or Hindu."
