The Tablas Creek Vineyard Patelin de Tablas 2014 is an incredibly rich red wine that broods with meaty, creamy, and fruity flavors. The nose shows blue fruits that become more apparent with air. Be sure to decant this wine if enjoying now. The palate shows layers of black plum, boysenberry, chalky minerality, and “powdered sugar” tannins. This red wine is enjoyable now and will also age well over the next 10 years.
