"The Cousino-Macul Syrah 2015 is a red wine with deep and bright color. Ripe fruits aromas reminiscent of dark plums and cherries accompany notes of violets, leather, and a touch of spice. To the palate, an intense feeling at the beginning shows a medium-high acidity, with strong and smooth tannins and a long fruity finish. This red wine is ideal to accompany strong meats such as lamb cooked with rosemary or grilled pork ribs with spicy mashed sweet potatoes, or with different kinds or strong flavored cheese and salami."
