"With a pale yellow color and slight silver reflections, our clean and bright Cousino-Macul Sauvignon Blanc 2015 presents itself with a quite intense nose of fresh tropical fruits, pineapple, and melon with some herbal notes. In the mouth it shows medium-high acidity, leaving a rich and fruity sensation which reminds us of apples and pears with a medium intensity finish. This is an ideal white wine to use as aperitif or accompaniment for appetizers such as oysters with citric sauce and mint leafs, white fish ceviche, or simple green salads."
