The Adelsheim Bryan Creek Vineyard Pinot Noir 2012 is an elegant Pinot Noir made from grapes grown on Bryan Creek Vineyards, located high on the southern slopes of the Chehalem Mountains in Oregon. The basaltic, clay-loam soils provided plenty of moisture for the grapes, and the high elevation ensured a long and flavorful growing season. The resulting wine complex and woodsy, with aromas of cocoa and cedar. Cassis liqueur warms the palate and complements the wine’s lush, silky tannins. Enjoy this wine now, or allow it to cellar and mature for the next several years.
