Made from grapes grown in the La Encantada Vineyard in Santa Rosa Hills, this red wine evokes a sense of place. The vineyard receives cool sea breezes, which bolstered the long 2012 growing season. The resulting red wine is alive with aromas of red cherries, rosehips, raspberry tea, and star anise. The palate is lush with raspberries, tart cranberries, orange peel, and the suggestion of Asian spices. This red wine will age beautifully through 2020.
