"The Abacela Merlot 2012 is a complex and medium-bodied red wine that was assembled from our best barrels of Merlot. Aromas of ripe plum, black currant, raisins, and dried lavender revolve around flavors of cherry, truffle, oak spice, and smoked meats. This wine will improve over the next five to seven years. Pair with a non-traditional dish like roasted partridge with mushroom pâté and crisp wild nettles."
