"The Yalumba Organic Chardonnay 2015 is pale straw in colour with green hues. Aromas of melon, peach and stonefruit fill the nose. The palate follows on from the aromas. Stonefruits are present initially with lemon myrtle and grapefruit, before the creamy orange panna cotta finish. Spicy mussels with Soba noodles are a great combination with this white wine, but really it works well with a variety of shellfish dishes."
