Opening with thrilling aromatics of mandarin orange zest, guava, vanilla, and beautiful white blossom floral notes, the palate is at once both creamy and bright, with a medium weight and a supporting cast of white peach and Meyer lemon flavors and clean minerality that draws through the long, satisfying denouement of this fresh, yet layered, Chardonnay. Refreshing now, with the ability to pair with a wide variety of foods – salads, seafood, roasted poultry, fresh fish tacos – this wine has the structure to age over the next 3-5 years as well."
