The Clos du Bois Briarcrest Cabernet Sauvignon 2012 is a rich red wine, with plenty of fruit flavor. Deep dark ruby in the glass, the nose displays notes of blackberry and black currant, with hints of cedar and toasted oak. The palate is full of juicy black cherry, plum, and espresso. The texture is complex and nicely structured, with strong, chewy tannins.
