The Cliff Lede Cabernet Sauvignon 2012 is the winery's first release of its Cabernet Sauvignon from the Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard. The vineyard's unique soil composition of sediments from the Napa River and the volcanic Mayacamas Mountains lends complexity to this full-bodied red wine. On the nose, look for aromas of violets, exotic spice, and dark chocolate. On the palate, expect flavors of dry aged steak and black truffles.
